Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit regular papers of their work in English language. The full paper should meet the following requirements.

Page limit 6 pages Including title, authors & affiliations, figures and references.
File size Max 2MB PDF file size limit applies to submission and final version.
Additional pages Up to 2 pages $150 per additional page • Max total: 8 pages.
Format IEEE two-column PDF No other format can be accepted.

Authors are requested to prepare the manuscripts in the IEEE two-column format template and to translate it in PDF. No other format in the submission and in the final version can be accepted. For more details please visit paper submission page.

IEEE Xplore® Inclusion Requirements

For the accepted paper to be included in IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, all of the following requirements must be satisfied:

  • Appropriate publication materials must be submitted (final paper and transfer of copyright to IEEE).
  • At least one full registration must be paid.
  • Papers must be presented either onsite or online at the conference.

Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be IEEE copyrighted and published in the conference proceedings.

At IECON 2026, we aim to highlight and promote outstanding research contributions presented at the conference.

What’s the opportunity?

A selection of outstanding papers will be invited for publication in leading IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) journals through a fast-track review process, providing enhanced visibility and an accelerated publication pathway. This initiative aims to recognize high-impact work and foster stronger engagement between conference presentations and journal dissemination.
